The E46-R fits perfectly in the low beam reflector of the halogen E46 headlight, making it very easy to retrofit these headlights with the OEM look.
With a small adjustment to the shroud centric rings, these shrouds can fit perfectly on the 2,5 inch and 3 inch projectors. Having one flat side, the shrouds fit in a wide variety with headlights. If they need to be trimmed it can easily be done with a dremel tool.
The shrouds can be mounted with the included shroud centric rings. The rings need some modification before it fits properly in the shroud.

Tabs needed to be removed in order for the shroud rings to fit. Overall chrome is fairly clean without to many imperfections.
I removed the clambs like you Said on the manual and the video and it doesnt fint Without them..so i put the old one to one side
Passen perfect op de Mini H1 twit kit op de 2015 V40, dekken bijna de gehele reflector netjes af!
Beim einpassen musste ich von den 3 Zapfen was lerhöht sind wegschneiden mit messer das auf die Projektoren gut aufligt,und mit 2 komponenten Kleber befestigen weil die Rasthacken zu dick sind als die Originale ,Achtung!!! nicht zu viel Kleber verwenden sonnst druckt es den Kleber auf die Linse. Jetzt komme ich drauf das ich sie mit einen heisen Messer aber zurecht stützen konnte :)))) .Sonst alles super Danke Retrofitlab
Ja, de inbouw van de shrouds is een dingetje in een koplamp van een Renault Clio 4. Dat vergt enige aanpassing met een dremel of mes. Eerst een sjabloon gemaakt van papier. De E46-R shrouds passen er daarna perfect in. Goed advies dus en wederom snel geleverd.
Die Blenden passen leider erst nach kleinen Anpassungen bei den Bosch(AL) Xenonscheinwerfern.
